Audio recordings are sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription and GPT models for analysis. Audio files are immediately deleted from our servers after processing. However, OpenAI retains API inputs (including audio files) for 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes, and OpenAI staff may access audio data for safety reviews. We use Supabase for user authentication and account management. Supabase stores your account information, authentication tokens, and credit balances. For more information, visit Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Audio recordings, transcriptions, analysis results, and history are stored locally on your device using secure device storage (AsyncStorage). This data remains on your device and is not automatically synced to our servers.

Audio files are temporarily uploaded to our servers (hosted on Vercel) for processing. These files are immediately deleted from our servers after transcription and analysis are complete. We do not retain audio recordings on our servers. However, audio files sent to OpenAI's Whisper API are retained by OpenAI for 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes, as described in section 3.1.

Data stored on your device (audio recordings, transcriptions, analysis results) remains on your device until you delete it through the App's interface or uninstall the App. You can delete individual items or clear all history at any time within the App.
Account information stored in our cloud infrastructure is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your account information and data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Audio files uploaded to our servers for processing are deleted immediately after transcription and analysis are complete, typically within minutes of upload. However, audio files sent to OpenAI's Whisper API are retained by OpenAI for 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes, as described in OpenAI's data usage policy.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take appropriate measures to ensure your information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
